Phase 1 (Requirements Analysis)

Planning & Consulting

The first step to a successful corporate identity and web presence begins with strategic planning. Consulting online with our clients prior to beginning work on their project results in clearly defined objectives and methods for success. It begins with basic research of the customer’s requirements, followed by business brainstorming to identify opportunities where business process enhancements may be incorporated to add value to the customer’s Value Chain. A Business File is then developed which will document all the requirements the new system must meet along with reasons for them and the risk mitigation strategy adopted.

In-depth Research

Before any design work begins, our front-end graphic artists are required to perform hours of research on the client’s particular industry. Books and the Internet are used in research, so our designers can better portray and reflect the true feel of the client’s industry.

At this stage, our designers and developers write full functional specifications that are vital to the organization and the functionality of the project.

Phase 2 (Interface Design Layout)

Once the graphic specifications are written, our designers will begin working on the client's project, usually providing one to two layouts for the client’s approval. Once the client approves the layout, back-end development can begin.

Phase 3 (Web Development & Programming)

Our developers create the architecture for the Web site prior to programming. The coding is then implementated and the interactivity, and functionality and features begin to come to life.

Phase 4 (Testing)

Once the web site is completed, we perform an array of tests to assure browser compatibility, functionality, fault-tolerance and load control.

Phase 5 (Site Publishing & Deployment)
